Media Interests: Regularly watch, read and listen to news. Love music, movies and video games. If I could sit in front of a TV all day I probably would! Previously involved in advertising tasks. Want to pursue an occupation in Sports Journalism.

Print Media: I like to read ‘The Sun’ newspaper because I feel this is the one that appeals to me most. I like to keep up to date with important news to do with the world such as politics etc. However, I am more intrigued to know about social things such as celebrity news because this is what I am interested in.

Radio Media: I am a regular listener to ‘Kiss’ radio station. This is my favourite station because they play my preferred genres. I like to listen to ‘Radio 1’ for entertainment purposes as well. I also listen to ‘Radio Norfolk’ every other weekend so that I can listen to the commentary of my favourite football team, Norwich City. I rarely listen out for traffic and weather updates on various radio stations.

Music Industry: I would say that my favourite genre of music is Indie/Rock. However, I like to vary my music taste and I would say that I have a wide range of preferred music.

I regularly access music on the internet using youtube converter. I would obviously not recommend illegal downloading because it is.. well.. illegal! However, I am ashamed to confess that I participate in it regularly.

I like to keep up to date with all fashion trends. Many of my items of clothing are in fact inspired by my favourite artists! I would say my fashion is an ‘indie’ look. This relates to my favourite musical genre, Indie/Rock.

Video Games: My favourite video game is Fifa. It is simply a game in which you can play a virtual game of football with thousands of different teams. The graphics become more lifelike every year and so allows the player to imagine that the game is real. In my opinion it’s the best sporting video game on the planet so I have many friends who also play this game. We regularly have friendly competitions which lead to a good, eventful day. I see playing this game as a good way of socialising with my close friends. Naturally, everyone has a different ability on the game and so it creates a challenge to improve your skills and become the best!!

Some video games could easily have a negative impact on players. However, I do not feel that Fifa is one of these games because there is no part of the gameplay that does not involve football, and football does not create a negative attitude.

New Technologies: I believe that new technology has enabled us to heighten our understanding of the world. For example, the internet is full with information on.. well everything!

The new technology has also made it A LOT easier to communicate !
